1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using CPHTprep.com ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Description of Service

CPHTprep.com provides study materials - flashcards, mini exams, and full-length practice exams - for candidates preparing for the Pharmacy Technician Certification Exam (PTCE). All content is original and independently developed. CPHTprep is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to PTCB, Pearson VUE, or any official certification body.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.

4. Subscriptions and Payment

Free Plan: Access to a limited number of flashcards and sample mini exams at no charge.

Full Access Plan ($39.99/month): Monthly subscription that renews automatically. You may cancel at any time via the Billing portal; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Lifetime Access Plan ($299 one-time): A single payment grants indefinite access to all current and future content. Lifetime access is locked to one device. If you need to change devices, contact certinhq@outlook.com.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

See our Refund Policy for full details. In summary:

Monthly subscribers may cancel anytime; no partial-month refunds.
Lifetime purchasers may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on CPHTprep.com - including questions, explanations, flashcards, and platform code - is owned by CPHTprep and protected by copyright. You may use the Service for personal study only. You may not copy, share, reproduce, publish, or resell any content without our written permission.

7. Prohibited Uses

Sharing your login credentials with others
Scraping, downloading, or bulk-exporting content
Using the Service for any commercial purpose without authorization
Attempting to circumvent access controls or subscription restrictions
Impersonating another user or providing false information

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination without refund.

8. No Guarantee of Exam Results

CPHTprep is a study tool. We do not guarantee that use of the Service will result in passing the PTCE or earning the CPhT credential. Exam difficulty and pass/fail outcomes are entirely at PTCB's discretion.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from inaccuracies. While we strive for accuracy, all content should be verified against current PTCB guidelines, federal and state pharmacy law, and current drug references. Nothing on this site is medical, pharmaceutical, or legal advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CPHTprep's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
