Warfarin
Warfarin (Coumadin) is one of the most well-known anticoagulants. Key points include:

Heparin

Antiplatelet Medications
Aspirin and clopidogrel (Plavix) are common antiplatelet medications. Aspirin at low doses is widely used for cardiovascular protection. Clopidogrel is often used in patients with heart conditions or after certain procedures.
